REDCON Construction L.L.C builds villas and low-rise commercial buildings in Dubai, carries out renovations and extensions, and constructs swimming pools — engineer-led, with structure and finishes performed by our own crews.
Four years of building,
under one licence
The group began in 2021 with two Dubai-licensed companies, Masar Al Tareeq Technical Services and Mithaq Al Madina Technical Services. Al Maktab Al Handasi Building Contracting followed in Sharjah in 2022.
In 2025 REDCON Construction L.L.C was licensed in Dubai to bring that work under one building contracting licence, with a single management team and one accountable engineer.

The engineer is the decision maker
Our Executive Director is the Dubai Municipality–approved engineer. One accountable person for design coordination, authority submissions and site delivery — not a sales contact who passes you to someone else after signing.
The critical path stays in our hands
Concrete, blockwork, plaster, gypsum and painting are executed by crews on our own payroll. Fewer subcontract layers means fewer coordination gaps, fewer claims, and a programme we can actually hold to.
A live production benchmark
Our structural crews are running repetitive floor-casting cycles on a Dubai tower today. That discipline transfers directly to a villa or low-rise programme, where the whole job is over in the time a tower takes to reach level five.
Capacity without dilution
Three licensed group companies under common ownership mean we can put more crews on a site without going out to labour suppliers — and without the supervision thinning out as the headcount rises.

We build in Dubai Municipality jurisdiction — Al Barsha, Nad Al Sheba, Al Khawaneej, Mirdif, Al Warqa, Al Awir, Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim among them. Staying in one emirate keeps our crews close to every site and our supervision on it daily.
Through our group companies we also execute work in Sharjah, which is where several of the buildings shown above were built.
