Who we are

REDCON Construction L.L.C is a building contracting company licensed in Dubai. We build villas and low-rise commercial buildings, we carry out renovations and extensions to occupied properties, and we design and construct swimming pools.

How we got here

The group began in 2021 with two Dubai-licensed companies, Masar Al Tareeq Technical Services and Mithaq Al Madina Technical Services, carrying out construction and technical works across the emirate. In 2022 Al Maktab Al Handasi Building Contracting was added in Sharjah. In 2025 REDCON Construction L.L.C was licensed in Dubai to bring that work under one building contracting licence with a single management team.

How we are set up

REDCON directly employs around 45 site staff and workers. Across the group the total is approximately 125, which means we can mobilise additional crews onto a REDCON site without going out to labour suppliers and losing control of quality.

Our Executive Director, Mohamed Atef Khalil Ali, is a Dubai Municipality approved engineer and is the point of contact on every project we take. There is no layer between the client and the person accountable for the work.

How we work

We price what we can deliver. If a programme is not achievable we say so before signing, not in a claim afterwards.

We keep our own crews. Concrete, blockwork, plaster, gypsum and painting are executed by teams on our payroll. Specialist packages are subcontracted to firms we have worked with before.

We stay inside our category. We build villas and low-rise buildings. We would rather be the right contractor for a villa than the wrong one for a tower.
